Ullis Dip
The perfect ullis dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 ml Tomato juice
- 3 piece Chopped tomatoes
- 3 piece Chopped onions
- 5 piece Bay leaves
- 2 piece Chilli pepper
- 2 piece Chopped garlic
- 1 bunch Chopped parsley
- Salt
- Put all ingredients together in a saucepan, bring to the boil and then reduce until it has thickened a little. Season to taste with salt.
- The ingredients can be varied in amount depending on your taste. My tip: puree everything finely with the blender after cooking, this will give a good consistency. This dip is particularly suitable for seared steak, lamb steak and grilled meat. Since I always cook more than is needed, I usually fill something into screw-top jars (like when making jam) and always have something there when I need something. Bon Appetit!!!
