Yeast Buttermilk Waffle
The perfect yeast buttermilk waffle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Wheat flour type 550
- 100 g Sugar brown
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 100 g Butter
- 450 ml Buttermilk
- 30 g Yeast cubes
- 3 piece Eggs
- 50 g Powdered sugar
- Sift the flour, sugar, vanilla and salt into a bowl. Heat the butter and mix it with the Zimmer warm buttermilk and crumble and dissolve the yeast.
- Stir in the flour mixture and cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Then bake the dough in portions in the waffle iron. Serve with powdered sugar. I myself love them with whipped cream and fresh seasonal fruit. “AND POWDER SUGAR”
