Vegetarian Vegetable Tapenade

The perfect vegetarian vegetable tapenade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Vegetarian vegetable tapenade:

  • 0,5 piece Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Chopped capers
  • 4 piece Chopped olives
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 20 g Diced vegetable cucumber
  • 20 g Diced red pepper strips
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 stalk Parsely
  • 1 pinch Paprika powder
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder

Vegetarian vegetable tapenade:

  1. Cut everything into small pieces, mash with a fork and add tomato paste. Mix the vegetables with the olive oil and the spices in a bowl.

Use:

  1. Ideally suited as a spread on bread, with fries and wedges and as a vegetarian grill side dish (you can also grill vegetarian).
