Vegetarian Vegetable Tapenade
The perfect vegetarian vegetable tapenade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Vegetarian vegetable tapenade:
- 0,5 piece Chopped onion
- 1 tsp Chopped capers
- 4 piece Chopped olives
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 20 g Diced vegetable cucumber
- 20 g Diced red pepper strips
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 stalk Parsely
- 1 pinch Paprika powder
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
Vegetarian vegetable tapenade:
- Cut everything into small pieces, mash with a fork and add tomato paste. Mix the vegetables with the olive oil and the spices in a bowl.
Use:
- Ideally suited as a spread on bread, with fries and wedges and as a vegetarian grill side dish (you can also grill vegetarian).
