Dark Nut Marzipan Raw Mixture
The perfect dark nut marzipan raw mixture recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 15 g Walnut kernels
- 15 g Hazelnut kernels
- 15 g Almond kernels
- 15 g Cashew nuts
- 15 g Brazil nut kernels
- 15 g Sultanas
- 1 tbsp Beet juice / sugar beet syrup
- 2 tbsp Icing sugar or stevia powder 1:10
- 5 drops Lavender oil
- 5 drops Rose oil
Dark nut marzipan raw mixture:
- Finely grind the nuts and almonds in the electric grinder and mix together with the syrup and finally the lavender oil and rose oil. The result is a strong, sweet nut taste with rose and lavender aroma for the crowd.
Use:
- Ideal as a spread for nut tarts and biscuits, if you use more nut flour, the mass can also be thickened and you can knead and cut it like normal marzipan.
