Wild Berries Ice Cream
The perfect wild berries ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Frozen forest berries
- 2 tbsp Natural yoghurt
- 6 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 1 a cup Whipped cream
- Beat the whipped cream with a tablespoon of powdered sugar until stiff.
- Mix the wild berries with the natural yoghurt and powdered sugar in the food processor until creamy.
- Finally stir in the whipped cream. As you can see in the second picture, it is a creamy mass that you can already eat, but I like it when the ice cream is firmer.
- Fill the creamy berry mixture into a frozen food box and place in the frozen food for 2-3 hours. Then it is nice and firm but still creamy.
- But of course you can also make a larger amount and then freeze them in portion sizes for storage.
