Pasta with Spinach, Gorgonzola and Ham

The perfect pasta with spinach, gorgonzola and ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Penne
  • 450 g Creamed spinach
  • 100 g Ham cubes
  • 100 g Cooked ham
  • 200 g Gorgonzola
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic, dice them finely and sauté them in the oil with the diced ham until translucent, dice the cooked ham and add to the onions with the spinach, slowly defrost the spinach over low heat, add the gorgonzola, melt and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Drain the pasta in a sieve, arrange on a plate, pour the spinach sauce over it and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
