Meringues, Ice Cream and Hot Berries (Patrick Nuo)

The perfect meringues, ice cream and hot berries (patrick nuo) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 ml Cream
  • 200 g Frozen berry mix
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 piece Meringue
  • 4 piece Vanilla ice cream balls
  1. Whip the cream until stiff. Bring the berries to the boil with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Place the meringues on the plate. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on each plate and spread the berries over them. Serve with cream.
