Green Potato Soup …

The perfect green potato soup … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Potatoes
  • Salt
  • 30 g Arugula
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • Ground pepper white
  1. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes.
  2. Wash the arugula, drain and cut into small pieces. Add to the potatoes and simmer for another 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from stove. Add olive oil and finely puree the whole thing. Season with pepper.
  4. Arrange according to your mood … 😉
