Green Potato Soup …
The perfect green potato soup … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Potatoes
- Salt
- 30 g Arugula
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- Ground pepper white
- Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes.
- Wash the arugula, drain and cut into small pieces. Add to the potatoes and simmer for another 3 minutes.
- Remove from stove. Add olive oil and finely puree the whole thing. Season with pepper.
- Arrange according to your mood … 😉
