Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Potatoes
  • Salt
  • 30 g Arugula
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • Ground pepper white

Instructions
 

  • Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes.
  • Wash the arugula, drain and cut into small pieces. Add to the potatoes and simmer for another 3 minutes.
  • Remove from stove. Add olive oil and finely puree the whole thing. Season with pepper.
  • Arrange according to your mood ... 😉
