Fish Fingers Toast Hawaii

- 12 Pc. Fish sticks
- 2 tsp Capers
- 3 Pc. Pickles
- 125 g Salad cream light, alternatively mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp Chopped dill
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt pepper
- 4 Discs Great toast
- 4 Pc. Pineapple rings
- 4 Discs Processed cheese
- 4 Pc. Cherries
- Prepare the fish fingers in the preheated oven according to the package instructions. Take out approx. 4 minutes earlier than indicated, as they will be baked again later on the toast. When the fish fingers are out, turn the oven down to 200 degrees.
- For the tartar sauce, finely chop the drained capers and pickles. Mix with the salad cream and chopped herbs. Season to taste with mustard, salt and pepper.
- Place the toast slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the 200 degree oven until crispy for 3 minutes, turning once. Remove and brush each slice of toast with tartar sauce. Place three fish fingers on each one. Cover each with a pineapple ring. Cover with slices of cheese and bake in the oven for a few minutes.
- Remove and decorate with a cherry in the middle. Alternatively, you can put a dollop of wild cranberries in the middle.
