Baked asparagus with ham:

  • 100 g Black Forest ham
  • 100 g Black Forest bacon air-dried

  • 1 pinch Butter flakes
  • 1 Baking dish
  • Aluminum foil

Fruity salad:

  • 0,5 Red Pepper fresh
  • 0,5 yellow Pepper fresh
  • 0,5 orange Pepper fresh
  • 1 small Flight mango
  • 100 g Strawberries

Dressing:

  • 0,5 Orange fruit juice - about 5 tablespoons
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar with Mediterranean herbs
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

Baked asparagus with ham:

  • Line the baking dish with aluminum foil first ... Preheat the oven to 200 ° C ..... Peel the asparagus downwards just below the tip and then cut off the ends ... the two types of black forest ham (3 slices each mixed) on a cutting board and always wrap 1 asparagus stick ....
