Meatballs with Cheese Filling

  • 1 Pc. Fresh onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 0,5 bunch Thai basil
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100 g Cream cheese with herbs
  • 60 g Breadcrumbs
  • 250 g Clarified butter
  • 500 g Minced meat
  1. Soak the rolls. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Wash and dry the basil and roughly chop the leaves. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic in it. Squeeze the roll well with the minced meat, onion, garlic, eggs, tomato paste, basil, salt and pepper to form a smooth dough.
