Meatballs with Cheese Filling

- 1 Pc. Bun old
- 1 Pc. Fresh onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 0,5 bunch Thai basil
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- Salt and pepper
- 100 g Cream cheese with herbs
- 60 g Breadcrumbs
- 250 g Clarified butter
- 500 g Minced meat
- Soak the rolls. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Wash and dry the basil and roughly chop the leaves. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic in it. Squeeze the roll well with the minced meat, onion, garlic, eggs, tomato paste, basil, salt and pepper to form a smooth dough.
