Cheese: Mozzarella Cream

The perfect cheese: mozzarella cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Buffalo mozzarella
  • 200 g Cream cheese, natural
  • 1 piece Onion, red and small
  • 5 piece Dried tomatoes in oil *
  • 0,5 bunch Arugula
  • Pepper and salt
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Peel the onion and clean the rocket.
  2. Chop the onion, rocket and dried tomatoes very small.
  3. Mash the mozzarella with a fork, mix with the cream cheese, add the chopped vegetables and stir well.
  4. Season to taste with pepper and salt and possibly add a tablespoon of olive oil to make it a little creamier.
