Cheese: Mozzarella Cream
The perfect cheese: mozzarella cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Buffalo mozzarella
- 200 g Cream cheese, natural
- 1 piece Onion, red and small
- 5 piece Dried tomatoes in oil *
- 0,5 bunch Arugula
- Pepper and salt
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- Peel the onion and clean the rocket.
- Chop the onion, rocket and dried tomatoes very small.
- Mash the mozzarella with a fork, mix with the cream cheese, add the chopped vegetables and stir well.
- Season to taste with pepper and salt and possibly add a tablespoon of olive oil to make it a little creamier.
