Eggs in Caper Mustard Sauce
The perfect eggs in caper mustard sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Eggs
- 1 a cup Cream
- 2 El Butter
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 1 glass Capers
- Salt
- Pepper
- 300 ml Chicken broth
- 1 tbsp 8 Kräuter TK
- Hard boil eggs.
- Peel and dice the onions and sauté in the butter until translucent, dust with the flour, pour in the stock and cream and bring to the boil while stirring.
- Stir in the capers and herbs, season with salt, pepper and mustard, peel the eggs and let them get hot again in the sauce.
- Halve the eggs and serve with the sauce and boiled potatoes.
