Falling in Love with Heike’s Dessert

  • 1 a cup Cream, sweet
  • 1 a cup Mascarpone 250 gr
  • 250 g Quark
  • 250 g Strawberry
  • 125 g Raspberry
  • 100 g Crumble the Amarettini almond biscuits
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Orange fresh
  • 1 Lemon fresh half or as needed
  • Cointreau approx. 1 shot glass or as required
  1. Beat 1 cup of cream until stiff, add vanilla sugar, mascarpone and quark to a bowl, add lemon juice and juice 1 orange, sift the powdered sugar with a mixer until creamy and add Cointreau to taste. Take a whiskey glass and crumble the amarettini and add them. Then strawberry pieces then the cream, then raspberries and amarettini then alternately. Finally, garnish the cream of raspberries and amarettini with lemon balm
