Ingredients

  • 6 size Mushrooms
  • 1 small Diced onion
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0,5 small Garlic clove chopped
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • 1 Knife point Chilli flakes
  • 1 kl. bunch Chopped parsley
  • Grated cheese for sprinkling

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and break off the stems. Place the mushroom caps in an ovenproof dish.
  • For the filling: finely chop the stalks with a large knife and then mix in a bowl with the oil, onion, garlic, parsley, pepper, salt and chilli flakes. Spread the filling on the mushrooms and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Put in the oven, reduce the heat to 180 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
  • Elke prepared these delicious mushrooms for a family barbecue and then told me the recipe. The filled mushrooms à la Elke had their premiere in my kitchen today - they were served with parsley and potatoes for lunch, because they are also good Friday-worthy. But it wasn't the last time!
