The perfect vegan: fennel – onion – vegetables – side dish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Fennel bulb
- 1 size Onion
- 20 g Alsan or oil
- 1 tbsp Vegetable salt *
- 1 tbsp Ground lemon pepper
- Cut the fennel bulb into thin slices.
- Peel the onion and cut into small pieces.
- Take the alsan (vegan butter / margarine, there are different types) or oil in a pan and heat it up. Let the onion become translucent in it.
- Then braise the sliced fennel and achieve good roasted aromas.
- Season to taste with vegetable salt and pepper.
