Fine Beer Goulash, with Malt Beer, Onions and Tomatoes

  • 1 kg Beef goulash
  • 150 g Red onions
  • 150 g Cherry date tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Clarified butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 bottle Malt beer
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Freshly chopped thyme
  • 1 tbsp Honey liquid
  1. Pat the meat pieces dry, peel the onion and chop it roughly. Wash the tomatoes, cut off the stem and cut the tomatoes in half. Heat the clarified butter in a casserole.
