Wraps with Salmon and Cheese / Ham
The perfect wraps with salmon and cheese / ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Tortillas
- 1 head Salad
- 400 g Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Remoulade
- 3 Hard-Boiled eggs
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 1 package Smoked salmon
- 6 Discs Gouda cheese
- 6 Discs Cooked ham
- Place the tortillas side by side on a worktop. Brush with 200 g of cream cheese, I did it with a spatula because that was the easiest way to do it.
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and chop them into small cubes. Mix 200 g of cream cheese with tartar sauce, the egg cubes and the 2 tablespoons of milk in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of milk if you like, if that is too thick.
- Spread the cream cheese and egg cream on the 6 tortillas as well.
- Cover one half with lettuce leaves. Then place the salmon on 3 and top the other 3 with cheese and ham. It is important that only one side is covered so that the cream cheese acts as a glue after it is rolled up and the wraps do not fall apart again.
- Now start rolling up the tortillas from the side where the topping is on, press them down so that everything holds together.
