- 1 roll Pumpernickaler
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 200 g Quark
- 100 g Ham nuggets
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder
- Red peppers as a garnish
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese with the quark well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder (noble sweet and hot), lift the ham nuggets underneath and use a piping bag to squirt the pumpernickels.
