Pineapple Marzipan Muffin
The perfect pineapple marzipan muffin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Butter
- 100 g Marzipan
- 75 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 250 g Flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Can Pineapple grated 250g
- 50 ml Cream
- Mix the butter and marzipan with a hand mixer until smooth, add the sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Gradually add the eggs, mix the flour and baking powder, sieve and stir in 2 halves
- Fold in the well-drained pineapple and whipped cream.
- Fill the mixture into 12 muffin cups.
- Hot air 160 degrees, do not preheat, top and bottom heat preheated to 18o degrees for 30 minutes
