Pineapple Marzipan Muffin

The perfect pineapple marzipan muffin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Butter
  • 100 g Marzipan
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 250 g Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Can Pineapple grated 250g
  • 50 ml Cream
  1. Mix the butter and marzipan with a hand mixer until smooth, add the sugar and vanilla sugar.
  1. Gradually add the eggs, mix the flour and baking powder, sieve and stir in 2 halves
  1. Fold in the well-drained pineapple and whipped cream.
  1. Fill the mixture into 12 muffin cups.
  1. Hot air 160 degrees, do not preheat, top and bottom heat preheated to 18o degrees for 30 minutes
