Tomato Soup Madras
The perfect tomato soup madras recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 800 g Tomatoes happened
- 1200 ml Water
- 100 g Tomato paste
- 10 g Ginger, diced
- 10 g Cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 5 g Lemongrass, chopped into small pieces
- 5 g Curry powder, hot
- 20 g Salt
- 10 Splash Tabasco
- 5 ml Olive oil
- 5 g Sugar
- Briefly fry the garlic, ginger and lemongrass with a little olive oil
- Deglaze with tomatoes and water
- Let simmer for 10-15 minutes
- Season to taste with salt, sugar, curry and Tabasco
- Optional: 10-20 ml soy sauce, coconut milk or soy cream or heavy cream
