Passion Fruit Tomato Soup
The perfect passion fruit tomato soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Tomatoes, happened
- 200 g Passion fruit juice
- 300 ml Water
- 80 g Onion, finely diced
- 10 ml Olive oil
- 25 g Tomato paste
- 1 piece Carrot, grated
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 20 g Sugar
- 1 piece Vegetable stock cubes
- 5 ml Sherry
- Toast the onion in olive oil
- Deglaze with tomatoes, tomato paste and water
- Add carrot rasps, spices, stock cubes and sherry
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes
