Passion Fruit Tomato Soup

The perfect passion fruit tomato soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Tomatoes, happened
  • 200 g Passion fruit juice
  • 300 ml Water
  • 80 g Onion, finely diced
  • 10 ml Olive oil
  • 25 g Tomato paste
  • 1 piece Carrot, grated
  • 5 g Salt
  • 2 g Pepper
  • 20 g Sugar
  • 1 piece Vegetable stock cubes
  • 5 ml Sherry
  1. Toast the onion in olive oil
  2. Deglaze with tomatoes, tomato paste and water
  3. Add carrot rasps, spices, stock cubes and sherry
  4. Simmer for 15-20 minutes
