Baked Mince Steaks with Mushroom Sauce

- 1 size Diced onion
- 50 g Bacon cubes
- 800 g Mushrooms
- 0,5 bunch Parsely
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Roll from the day before
- Salt pepper
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 150 g Sour cream
- 500 ml Broth
- 1000 g Mixed minced meat
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- Nutmeg, salt, pepper,
- Rose paprika powder
- 2 Tomatoes
- 3 Discs Gouda cheese
- ……..

- Soak the rolls in cold water ……. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices, chop the parsley
- Heat 1 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry half of the onions and bacon, remove and set aside
- Put the mushrooms in the remaining frying fat and fry until the frying liquid has completely evaporated, add the onion and bacon cubes as well as the flour and sauté briefly. Season with pepper and salt. Pour in the sour cream and broth and simmer for approx. 3 minutes. If necessary, add a little more seasoning and mix in 3/4 of the parsley, set aside
- Squeeze out the buns and prepare a meat dough with the mince, eggs, spices and the remaining onion cubes and shape into minced steaks
- Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the minced meat on both sides for approx. 5 minutes, then place on a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Wash tomatoes and cut into slices, cut cheese into squares the size of tomatoes ….. distribute both alternately on the steaks like a roof tile
- Baked in a preheated 175 ° / fan oven for approx. 8-10 minutes
- Heat the mushroom sauce and sprinkle with the remaining parsley, then serve with the minced steaks
