Veal Steaks with Mushrooms in Cream Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 5 small Veal hip steaks ... my men each eat 2 of them
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Oil

for the mushrooms

  • 500 g Brown mushrooms
  • 0,5 Onion
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 200 ml Broth
  • 100 ml Cream
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Clean and slice the mushrooms, peel the onion and garlic and cut into fine cubes
  • Heat the oil and let the onion and garlic cubes sear in it ....... Add the mushrooms and simmer until all the liquid has evaporated
  • Dust the flour over it and toast it briefly
  • Pour in the wine and let it boil down until it is almost overcooked ...... now add the broth and cream and let it boil down a little, salt and pepper and finally mix in the parsley
  • Fry the steaks in the hot fat on all sides ..... it is difficult to specify a time, since everyone wants their steak differently - salt and pepper and serve on the mushrooms
  • 6 .... I served potato and ham cams with it ..... potato and ham cams
