Veal Steaks with Mushrooms in Cream Sauce

The perfect veal steaks with mushrooms in cream sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 small Veal hip steaks … my men each eat 2 of them
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Oil

for the mushrooms

  • 500 g Brown mushrooms
  • 0,5 Onion
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 200 ml Broth
  • 100 ml Cream
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
  1. Clean and slice the mushrooms, peel the onion and garlic and cut into fine cubes
  2. Heat the oil and let the onion and garlic cubes sear in it ……. Add the mushrooms and simmer until all the liquid has evaporated
  3. Dust the flour over it and toast it briefly
  4. Pour in the wine and let it boil down until it is almost overcooked …… now add the broth and cream and let it boil down a little, salt and pepper and finally mix in the parsley
  5. Fry the steaks in the hot fat on all sides ….. it is difficult to specify a time, since everyone wants their steak differently – salt and pepper and serve on the mushrooms
