Veal Steaks with Mushrooms in Cream Sauce

- 5 small Veal hip steaks … my men each eat 2 of them
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- 1 tbsp Oil
for the mushrooms
- 500 g Brown mushrooms
- 0,5 Onion
- 1 Garlic
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 100 ml White wine
- 200 ml Broth
- 100 ml Cream
- Salt pepper
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
- Clean and slice the mushrooms, peel the onion and garlic and cut into fine cubes
- Heat the oil and let the onion and garlic cubes sear in it ……. Add the mushrooms and simmer until all the liquid has evaporated
- Dust the flour over it and toast it briefly
- Pour in the wine and let it boil down until it is almost overcooked …… now add the broth and cream and let it boil down a little, salt and pepper and finally mix in the parsley
- Fry the steaks in the hot fat on all sides ….. it is difficult to specify a time, since everyone wants their steak differently – salt and pepper and serve on the mushrooms
