Spagehtti with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 240 g Spaghetti
  • 3 Onion
  • 8 slice Raw ham
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 250 g Chanterelles
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 120 g Cream cheese
  • 1 Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Chopped herbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Peel the onions and dice with the ham. Rub the mushrooms and chanterelles dry. Quarter the mushrooms and halve the chanterelles. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the onions and diced ham until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and chanterelles and cook covered for about 5 minutes. Stir in the cream cheese and season the sauce with salt and pepper. Drain the spaghetti. Peel and press the garlic. Mix the garlic and herbs into the spaghetti. Serve the spaghetti with the mushroom sauce. Have fun cooking and be hungry
