Spinach and Feta Pizza
The perfect spinach and feta pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Pizza dough:
- 300 g Flour
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 20 g Yeast
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 0,125 l Lukewarm water
- Olive oil
Covering:
- Spinach, 1 pk. Feta, sliced garlic, sliced leek, tomato sauce, flaked almonds, spices as desired.
- Work the ingredients into a smooth dough and leave to rise covered for an hour. Roll out on a floured work surface. Spread the tomato sauce on top and season (salt, pepper, oregano, basil, …). Then add the spinach, feta, garlic and leek. At 220 ° about 10 minutes. to bake. Spread the almond leaves on top and bake for another 3 minutes.
