Dopelek Cake

The perfect dopelek cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Palm fat
  • 225 g Whole milk chocolate
  • 2 Eggs large
  • 150 g Powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Brandy
  • 21 Chocolate double biscuits or more
  • Possibly cocoa to dust
  1. Melt the coconut oil and let it cool down again. Coarsely chop the chocolate and let it melt in a water bath. Mix egg, powdered sugar, brandy well and gradually fold in coconut oil and chocolate. Line the bottom of a springform pan with baking paper and arrange 7 biscuits on top. Spread with chocolate cream and the next layer of biscuits and so on.
