Dopelek Cake
The perfect dopelek cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Palm fat
- 225 g Whole milk chocolate
- 2 Eggs large
- 150 g Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Brandy
- 21 Chocolate double biscuits or more
- Possibly cocoa to dust
- Melt the coconut oil and let it cool down again. Coarsely chop the chocolate and let it melt in a water bath. Mix egg, powdered sugar, brandy well and gradually fold in coconut oil and chocolate. Line the bottom of a springform pan with baking paper and arrange 7 biscuits on top. Spread with chocolate cream and the next layer of biscuits and so on.
