Tomato Sauce with Penne

The perfect tomato sauce with penne recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Lyoner Wurst or Jagdwurst
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 500 g Tomatoes happened
  • 300 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  1. Cut Lyoner or Jagdwurst into cubes. Fry in a tall saucepan. Then take it out.
  2. Dice the onions and fry them in the same saucepan, add the tomato paste. Add the dice.
  3. Pour the tomatoes into the saucepan. Fill the package with 300 ml of water, add 1 tablespoon of flour and stir so that there are no lumps.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper and simmer for about 15 minutes.
