Tomato Sauce with Penne
The perfect tomato sauce with penne recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Lyoner Wurst or Jagdwurst
- 1 Fresh onion
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 500 g Tomatoes happened
- 300 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Cut Lyoner or Jagdwurst into cubes. Fry in a tall saucepan. Then take it out.
- Dice the onions and fry them in the same saucepan, add the tomato paste. Add the dice.
- Pour the tomatoes into the saucepan. Fill the package with 300 ml of water, add 1 tablespoon of flour and stir so that there are no lumps.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and simmer for about 15 minutes.
