Seitan Fried in Onions with Tomato Sauce on Spelled Penne

Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Spelled penne
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • ***********************
  • 300 g Seitan finely diced
  • 6 piece Spring onions fresh
  • 1 Red Chopped onion
  • 0,25 liter Direct tomato juice
  • 0,25 liter Ground turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onions, cut them into small pieces and sauté them in a little rapeseed oil, then add the diced seitan and let everything stew a little.
  • Deglaze with the tomato juice and season with the spices. The whole thing should simmer gently for a good 5 minutes with the lid closed.
  • Cook the spelled penne in a vegetable stock, cook until al dente and drain into a sieve, arrange and serve with a salad.
