- 200 g Spelled penne
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- ***********************
- 300 g Seitan finely diced
- 6 piece Spring onions fresh
- 1 Red Chopped onion
- 0,25 liter Direct tomato juice
- 0,25 liter Ground turmeric
- Peel the onions, cut them into small pieces and sauté them in a little rapeseed oil, then add the diced seitan and let everything stew a little.
- Deglaze with the tomato juice and season with the spices. The whole thing should simmer gently for a good 5 minutes with the lid closed.
- Cook the spelled penne in a vegetable stock, cook until al dente and drain into a sieve, arrange and serve with a salad.
