Baked Turkey Steak

The perfect baked turkey steak recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the pasta:

  • 1 bullet Sliced ​​mozzarella
  • 6 Discs Gouda cheese
  • 300 g Spaghetti
  • 1 Can Diced tomatoes
  • 2 fresh Peeled and diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 Garlic and an onion
  • 1 tsp Broth or soup base
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 5 Basil leaves
  • Salt pepper/
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 50 ml Cream
  1. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into 2 parts ….. so we make eight pieces out of 4 :):) … Season with spices as desired and fry briefly on both sides in the pan. Place on a baking sheet lined with wrapping paper. Cut tomatoes into slices and place on the meat. Pour mozzarella slices and / or Gouda cheese on top and bake in the oven.

now to the pasta sauce:

  1. Boil the pasta and strain. Dice the garlic and onion and sauté in the oil, add the tomatoes, tomato paste, stock and simmer gently. Add the spices except for the basil to the sauce and let it simmer a little. Add the cream and finally the basil, season again and the sauce is ready. I still had zucchini and put them in the sauce ….. mhhhh 🙂
  2. Mix the pasta with the sauce, arrange on a plate with the meat and serve. With a fresh salad.
