Turkey Steak with Curry Honey Sauce
The perfect turkey steak with curry honey sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Puen breast fillets a approx. 140g
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 50 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Yellow curry paste
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Granulated vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 50 ml Cocnac
- 250 ml Milk
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- 200 g Basmati rice
- Wash and dry the spring onions and cut into rings. Cook rice according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the meat, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat half of the butter in a pan and fry the meat until golden brown on both sides, remove and keep warm.
- Heat the rest of the butter in the roasting fat and sauté the spring onions until translucent and remove them. Dust the roast fat with flour and sauté. Add curry paste and sweat.
