Turkey Steak Egg with Grilled Potatoes and Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients
 

For the grill

  • 6 Potato
  • 2 Shallots
  • 2 Paprika
  • 6 Tomatoes
  • Rosemary fresh
  • 1 clove Fresh garlic
  • Black Hawaiian sea salt
  • Danish smoked salt
  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • Paris pepper mix
  • Chili oil

For the pan

  • 2 Big turkey steak
  • 2 Egg
  • Mexican meat seasoning
  • Salt

Instructions
 

Grilling (potatoes)

  • First fill the grill with charcoal that covers the bottom and light it
  • Now roll out the aluminum foil that fits 6 potatoes
  • Poke a hole in the potatoes with a fork and place on the aluminum foil, then chop the garlic
  • Now put the margarine on it, add a little oil and then season with rosemary, the garlic and salt and fold into a package (calmly season a little more)

Grilling (vegetables)

  • Prepare aluminum foil a little larger depending on the size of the vegetables
  • Cut the bell pepper into strips, peel the shallots and cut once lengthways. Now separate the individual layers from each other.
  • Now put everything together in the aluminum foil, add salt, pepper and oil and fold into a package and put on the grill.
  • After about 10-15 minutes, turn the packages once and leave them on the grill for another 15 minutes.

The steak egg

  • Cut a hole in the steak. (Use a sharp knife)
  • Now season the steak on both sides with salt and the Mexico spice and put it in the cold pan.
  • Now fry the meat briefly in oil, then turn it over.
  • Now put the egg in the hole and fry well
  • Turn now. It has to be done quickly. Use a spatula that is easier
  • Fry the second side well and serve
