  • 500 g Carrots
  • 2 Shallots chopped
  • Fat for frying
  • 250 ml Rama creme fine for cooking

  • Pepper
  • Curry
  • Chopped parsley
  • Garnish
  • Basmati rice

Instructions
 

  • Kids eating ...))))))
  • Cut turkey steaks into strips ...
  • Peel the carrots ... with the spiral cutter ... coarse side .... cut into spaghetti .....
  • Sweat shallots in the fat .....
  • Add the turkey .... fry it ..... deglaze with fine cream ....
  • Season with salt, pepper and curry ...
  • Fold in the carrot spagettis into the pan .... approx. 15 mins. with lid ..... simmer gently ....
  • Fold in the parsley ... and season again ...
