Baked Ham Bread
The perfect baked ham bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 Discs Toast bread or bread in a box
- 1 packet Breakfast bacon
- 8 Small tomatoes
- 8 Discs Havarti full fat level or old Mecklenburg
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Mustard medium hot
- 4 tbsp Chopped parsley until smooth
- First a note: If you don’t like this kind of stinker cheese, just take another. If you don’t have a grill function (like me), toast the toast beforehand and reduce the time in the oven.
So, now the 1st version for the grill oven:
- Brush the bread with the butter and mustard. Put the bacon slices on top and place them under the grill (approx. 10 cm distance from the grill bars) and roast them until crispy.
- In the meantime, cut the tomatoes into slices.
- When the bacon is crispy, take the toast out of the oven and place the tomatoes on top. Then put the cheese slices on top and put them back in the oven.
- Bake until the cheese melts. Finally sprinkle the chopped pertersilicate over it.
- We ate the radish salad with apples with it. Was very refreshing and delicious!
Variation 2, without grill function:
- Fry the bacon in a pan without fat until crispy. Drain well on paper towels.
- Brown the toast in the toaster.
- I preheated the oven to 175 ° C (pi mal snout).
- Brush the toast with butter and mustard and top with the crispy bacon. Then the tomatoes and the cheese and off into the tube. Just stay there because the cheese melts very quickly.
- Finally, as usual, sprinkle with parsley.
