Avocado and Tomato Salad
The perfect avocado and tomato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Cocktail tomatoes
- 1 piece Ripe avocado
- 0,5 piece Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 piece Onion red
- 0,5 packet Fresh cress
- 1 tbsp Sherry vinegar
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Cane sugar
- 0,5 tsp Sea salt fine
dressing
- Chop the onion into small pieces and fry lightly in a pan with oil, then sprinkle sugar over it and let it caramelize a little. Deglaze with broth and vinegar – let it boil down – season with salt if necessary

- Chop the avocado and drizzle with lemon juice, otherwise it will turn brown. Chop the tomatoes and pour over them. Pour the still lukewarm dressing over it and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. Decorate with the cress and serve.
