Tomato and Avocado Salad

The perfect tomato and avocado salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 teaspoon Sesame
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 Ripe avocado
  • 4 Stems Basil
  • Sea-Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat until golden yellow and allow to cool
  2. Cut the tomatoes into slices, halve the avocado and remove the core. lift the pulp out of the skin and cut into slices
  3. Wash the basil and shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stems
  4. Arrange tomatoes, avocado and basil alternately in flakes on 2 plates … salt and pepper
  5. Whisk the vinegar with the olive oil and drizzle over the salad
  6. Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds and serve with baguette bread
