Tomato and Avocado Salad
The perfect tomato and avocado salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 teaspoon Sesame
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 Ripe avocado
- 4 Stems Basil
- Sea-Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat until golden yellow and allow to cool
- Cut the tomatoes into slices, halve the avocado and remove the core. lift the pulp out of the skin and cut into slices
- Wash the basil and shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stems
- Arrange tomatoes, avocado and basil alternately in flakes on 2 plates … salt and pepper
- Whisk the vinegar with the olive oil and drizzle over the salad
- Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds and serve with baguette bread
