Pear and Crumble Pudding Cake

The perfect pear and crumble pudding cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

dough

  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 80 ml Milk
  • 20 ml Pear brandy
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder

filling

  • 2 packet Custard powder
  • 1 liter Milk
  • 6 piece Pears fresh, depending on their size

Sprinkles

  • 300 g Flour
  • 180 g Sugar
  • 180 g Butter
  1. Dough: Put the eggs, sugar and milk in a bowl and stir the ingredients until frothy. Add flour and baking powder and mix into a smooth batter. Finally stir in the pear brandy.
  2. 2nd filling: cook a vanilla puding from the ingredients and let the finished pudding cool. I had made it the night before and put it in the fridge overnight. Peel, core and slice the pears.
  3. Sprinkles: Process all ingredients into sprinkles.
  4. Spread the dough evenly on a greased baking sheet. Spread the pudding on the dough. Spread the pear slices on the pudding and top with the crumble at the end.
  5. Put the cake in the electric oven preheated to 180 degrees (top / bottom heat) and bake for 45-50 minutes.
