Filled Pita Pocket
The perfect filled pita pocket recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Pita bread
- 300 g Pork meat
- 120 g Cocktail tomatoes
- 15 g Sunflower oil
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 2 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 3 tsp Curry
- 3 tbsp Cream cheese
- 100 ml Meatsoup
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- The pork is cut into strips. The onion and garlic are finely chopped, the tomatoes halved.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shredded meat well. To add the onion and the garlic. Sprinkle with curry powder and sweat a little.
- Pour in the broth. Let simmer briefly and thicken with cream cheese.
- Fold in the tomatoes. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Toast pita pockets and fill with the mixture.
