Filled Pita Pocket

  • 300 g Pita bread
  • 300 g Pork meat
  • 120 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 15 g Sunflower oil
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 2 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 3 tsp Curry
  • 3 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 100 ml Meatsoup
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. The pork is cut into strips. The onion and garlic are finely chopped, the tomatoes halved.
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shredded meat well. To add the onion and the garlic. Sprinkle with curry powder and sweat a little.
  1. Pour in the broth. Let simmer briefly and thicken with cream cheese.
