Banana Caramel Muffins

The perfect banana caramel muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pc. Ripe bananas
  • 120 ml Sunflower oil
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 250 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 130 g Soft caramel candies
  1. Finely mash the bananas with a fork. Whisk the oil and eggs together with a whisk.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Stir in the oil mixture. Fold in the mashed bananas. Chop the caramel candies (into larger or smaller pieces as you like) and fold in.
  3. Line a muffin tin with 12 hollows with molds and distribute the batter on the molds. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
