Banana Caramel Muffins

- 3 Pc. Ripe bananas
- 120 ml Sunflower oil
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 250 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 130 g Soft caramel candies
- Finely mash the bananas with a fork. Whisk the oil and eggs together with a whisk.
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Stir in the oil mixture. Fold in the mashed bananas. Chop the caramel candies (into larger or smaller pieces as you like) and fold in.
- Line a muffin tin with 12 hollows with molds and distribute the batter on the molds. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
