Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Wheat flour
  • 100 g Spelt flour
  • 100 g Oatmeal
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Kaba "banana flavor"
  • 250 ml Sour cherry juice
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 ml Oil
  • 100 g Sour cherries from the glass

Instructions
 

  • Soak the oatmeal in the cherry juice.
  • Mix all ingredients except the fruit with the mixer to form a dough. Cut the banana into small slices or pieces and add to the batter with the cherries and carefully stir in.
  • Fill the dough into greased muffin tins and bake in the preheated oven (approx. 175 ° C) for about 45 minutes.
