Banana Chocolate Buttermilk Muffins

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Egg
  • 150 g Brown sugar
  • 100 ml Oil
  • 125 ml Buttermilk, or milk
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Baking soda
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 0,5 tsp Cinammon
  • 3 Bananas

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the egg, sugar and oil well on the highest setting. Mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon and baking soda and briefly stir in alternately with the buttermilk on a low level. Only until all the ingredients have combined.
  • Mash the bananas with a fork and finally fold them into the batter. Spread the dough on muffin molds and bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for approx. 25 - 30 minutes.
  • If you like, cover the muffins with chocolate icing.
