Chicken Noodle Pan with Kale
The perfect chicken noodle pan with kale recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Pasta
- 500 g Kale fresh
- 2 Onions
- 600 g Chicken breast fillets
- 0,5 l Poultry stock
- 125 g Crème fraîche with herbs
- Cook the pasta. Dice the onions. Cut the meat into cubes.
- Fry the meat in a pan, season with salt and pepper and remove.
- Put 2 tablespoons of butter in the hot frying fat, sauté the onions in it. Add the cabbage and braise. Deglaze with the stock and stew covered for approx. 15 minutes.
- Add the noodles with the chicken to the cabbage and stir in the creme fraiche.
