Muffin Apple Muffin

The perfect muffin apple muffin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pc Egg
  • 120 gr Sugar
  • 1 Pck Vanilla sugar
  • 80 ml Sunflower oil
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 250 gr Flour
  • 0,5 Pck Baking powder
  • 3 Pc Apple boskop
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  1. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and egg in a bowl. Add the oil and stir in as well. Then gradually stir in the milk and the flour mixed with baking powder.
  2. Peel the apples and cut into small cubes, liquefy the 3 tablespoons of sugar in a pan and caramelize the apples briefly.
  3. Then there are 2 variants either you take the pure dough and put it in the molds and put a few apples on each muffin …… or you divide the amount of apples and put some of the apples into the dough then in the molds and put the remaining apples on the muffin.
  4. Then put the molds in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes on top under heat …. you can also add cocoa powder to the dough …..
