Wintry Muffin with Pieces of Baked Apple

The perfect wintry muffin with pieces of baked apple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Raisins
  • 2 Apples
  • 100 g Chopped almonds
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 120 g Soft butter
  • 100 g Sugar fine
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 1 Vanilla pods (pulp only)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Tartar baking powder
  1. Dice the apples and fry them with the chopped almonds in a pan with a little butter.
  2. Mix the milk, butter, sugar, vanilla pulp, eggs and cinnamon to a frothy batter.
  3. Fold in baking powder and flour.
  4. Add the amarula and raisins.
  5. Fold half of the apple mixture into the batter and place in a greased muffin tin.
  6. Mix the remaining mixture with the raisins and pour onto the dough.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 27 minutes.
  8. Loosen on the pan after baking and let cool.

TIP

  1. The muffin tastes lukewarm with a scoop of ice cream.
