Apple Muffin
The perfect apple muffin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Base dough
- 12 tablespoon Flour
- 10 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 6 Eggs
- 12 tablespoon Oil
also
- Trinkfix or Nesquik
- Apples
- 18 Molds

preparation
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs and oil into a smooth batter.
- Grate apples, amount to taste.
- 12 Prepare muffin molds and each with 1 tablespoon. Fill with light batter and spread the grated apple on top.
- Mix the remaining light-colored dough with Trinkfix or Nesquik and pour a little dark dough onto each of the 12 prepared dough-apple molds.
- Pour the remaining dark batter into the remaining 6 molds and spread the grated apple on top.
- Bake the muffin in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20-30 minutes. Check with a stick sample whether you are done.
- Depending on your taste, the muffins can be refined with cinnamon, raisins, chocolate or nuts.
