Apple Muffin

  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 6 Eggs
  • 12 tablespoon Oil

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs and oil into a smooth batter.
  2. Grate apples, amount to taste.
  3. 12 Prepare muffin molds and each with 1 tablespoon. Fill with light batter and spread the grated apple on top.
  4. Mix the remaining light-colored dough with Trinkfix or Nesquik and pour a little dark dough onto each of the 12 prepared dough-apple molds.
  5. Pour the remaining dark batter into the remaining 6 molds and spread the grated apple on top.
  6. Bake the muffin in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20-30 minutes. Check with a stick sample whether you are done.
  7. Depending on your taste, the muffins can be refined with cinnamon, raisins, chocolate or nuts.
