  • 300 g Grated tart apple
  • 3 Eggs
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 2 Msp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tl Baking powder
  • 75 g Ground almonds
  • 75 g Spelled flour
  1. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff, set aside.
  2. Beat egg yolks with sugar and 3 tablespoons of hot water until frothy
  3. Mix the flour, almonds, baking powder and cinnamon and stir into the egg mixture with the grated apples.
  4. Carefully fold in the egg whites at the end.
  5. Spread in 20 muffin molds and bake at 160 ° C for 20 minutes.
  6. If you use silicone molds, briefly brush with oil or spray lightly so that the muffins come out more easily.
